SHIPPING


INSTYLE+ currently provides shipping within Indonesia area only. For customers in other countries, contact us to see if we can accommodate you.


• We use JNE as our courier service, you can refer your shipping fee and time through www.jne.co.id. Please note that shipping fees are based on the weight of the orders.


• We will need 1-2 working days to organize your purchases (quality check, pack and dispatch) after your payment is confirmed.


• All purchases that confirm payment before 10AM (working days) will be shipped on the same day.


• You will get an email notification once your order has been shipped, with its tracking number.


INSTYLE+ is not responsible for any risks of loss of the goods upon the delivery from the courier service. You can only refer to the tracking number we provide via email notification.


• Customers are responsible if the courier service cannot deliver the goods on time due to some circumstances beyond our control (eg. incomplete address, no recipient at the address, the recipient reject the goods, etc.).


• If the goods are returned to us, customers are responsible on the additional shipping fee/ taxes/ duties charged.


• We do not ship on Sundays and public holiday.



RETURNS


• Returns only accepted if the items are defected/ stained, or customers received the incorrect items, or ordered the wrong size.


• Returns are not valid if customers dislike the items in any reason, or if the all-size items not fit.


• All return items will be exchanged with the new one. Only if the item is out of stock, we will refund your money.


• Particularly for wrong size item, if the desire size is out of stock, customers can only exchange it with other same-price (or above) item. Money refund is not available for this case.


• Return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with INSTYLE+ labels and hangtags still attached, in its original packaging.


• Returns must be requested to us maximum 2 days after items received and must be shipped back to us maximum 2 days after return confirmation.


• The shipping fees for defect/ stained/ incorrect items will be on INSTYLE+, while customers will be responsible of the shipping fees for wrong size items.


INSTYLE+ will process the returns only when the items are following all above conditions, and have the right to not accept if customers fail to complete the determined time.


• All sale items are not eligible for returns in any circumstances.
