Do I need an account to order?
Yes! You have to sign up for an account to make a purchase. It's easy and will be very useful if you want to make another purchase later.
Can I add items/ make changes/ add promo codes/ cancel my order after I confirm my order?
Unfortunately, you can't. However, you can make a new order and ignore the previous one that you just made. Or, contact us to revise your order by Line@ us at @instyleplus.id, but please note that we will need time to respond to your inquiry.
Do I need to confirm payment?
If you chose credit card payment, no need to confirm payment!
You will receive another email regarding your payment confirmation.
If you chose bank transfer payment, yes you do!
Please go to Confirm Payment to submit your payment details.
Can I get my order earlier?
We can ship your products on the same day you ordered, only if the payment is confirmed before 10AM (working days).
Can I pick up my order or use Gojek?
Sure, kindly contact us to send it via Gojek or other courier services.
How do I track my order?
You can visit your Order History and get your delivery-receipt number to track it through our courier service website here.
I'd like to order sold out items, is it possible?
You can give it a try by Line@ us at @instyleplus.id, and we will see what we can do to help!
Is my personal information kept private?
INSTYLE+ guarantees to keep all of the information you've submitted private and safe. We will not disclose it to other parties.
Do you have any offline stores?
For retail, we are currently only an online-based store.
